The MBK & MSK Dayton Youth Board is a formalized leadership and advisory body made up of 5–9 college-age young adults (ages 19–24) who serve as the youth voice of the MBK & MSK Dayton Community. Modeled after the Executive Board, this Youth Board provides structured opportunities for emerging leaders to help shape programming, support decision-making, and strengthen youth engagement across Dayton.

The Youth Board functions similarly to a youth council, student advisory committee, and neighborhood leadership group, ensuring that the perspectives of young adults remain central to the mission and operations of MBK & MSK Dayton. The Youth Board ensures that young adults have a meaningful role in guiding the direction, culture, and priorities of MBK & MSK Dayton. Members provide firsthand insight into the needs and experiences of middle school, high school, and college students.
